The old Nat West Bank, opposite the Civic Centre in Newcastle upon Tyne, has been converted to provide 10 studio apartments over two original upper floors and a newly added third floor, which was built utilising a timber frame construction method. The ground floor has been converted to provide a Costa Coffee outlet.
