An external Courtyard, set at two levels, has been re-modelled to provide a paved courtyard area with Timber Study Booths & an Outdoor Kitchen on the lower level & a Pergola with seating / dining area on the higher level. Various upgrades of paved surfaces were completed throughout the developed area.
