This project was completed in two phases on behalf of MENCAP at Dilston College of Further Education, Corbridge, Northumberland.
Phase one involved the provision of new refectory and kitchen facilities together with office refurbishments, provision of disabled W.C. facilities and an external conservatory.
Phase two was a fast track contract valued at circa £600k & completed over a six week period during the college summer break. This project involved extensive external works to provide new roads, pathways, car parking areas & lighting schemes. In addition, refurbishment of campus accommodation & the provision of an external glazed lift shaft & lift was completed.
